How many guests can each room accommodate?
Small Room (2–6 guests), Large Room (6–12), Super VIP Room (12–24). Capacity varies slightly by venue; customer service will confirm the details.
How do I book a room?
Reservations are made through customer service. Simply provide your party size, arrival time and preferred venue. Chinese-speaking customer service is available 24/7.
How do I receive the advance-booking discount?
Book your room with customer service before 16:00 on the day to receive 20% off the pre-tax bill at checkout. The offer is applicable throughout the weekend.
Is Chinese-language service available?
Yes. Chinese-speaking customer service is available 24/7, and our female staff perform Mandarin, Cantonese and English repertoire. English-speaking guests are equally welcome.
What are Long Cung KTV's opening hours?
Opening hours are Sunday–Thursday 18:00–02:00 and Friday–Saturday 18:00–04:00. Customer service is available 24/7, and reservations may be made at any time.
Where are the venues, and how do I get there?
All six venues are located in the Trung Sơn area of Ho Chi Minh City (along Đường số 9A, Bình Chánh / Bình Hưng), approximately 15 minutes by car from District 1. Guests may navigate directly by searching the venue name in Grab.
Is there a minimum spend?
Rooms are charged by the hour. Any minimum spend depends on the evening and room type; customer service will advise at the time of booking, and all billing is itemised.
What payment methods are accepted?
Venues accept Vietnamese dong in cash together with common transfer methods. For specific payment options (cash, QR payment and so forth), please confirm with customer service at the time of booking.
Can group buyouts be arranged?
Yes. The Super VIP Room accommodates 12–24 guests; for multi-room reservations or group buyouts, please contact customer service in advance. The 20% discount for bookings made before 16:00 applies equally.
What is the relationship between Long Cung and Long Cung KTV?
Long Cung and Long Cung KTV belong to the same company: Long Cung is a premium massage spa centred on pool villas, with karaoke suites also on site, while Long Cung KTV is dedicated to VIP karaoke and drinking service, currently operating multiple branches.
