What's the difference between the six venues? Which should I choose?
All six venues sit in the same district: Karaoke Matrix is the flagship — LED wall, dance floor, biggest roster; Monaco is a neon-themed corner spot for smaller groups; Boss Villa has 10 immersive themed VIP suites with a DJ — best for parties; Gà Cửu Long is the group’s Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant for dinner before or after; Dragon Palace is palace-themed with strong late-night availability; Chinatown Karaoke is the newest venue (June 2026) in a Chinese heritage building. Unsure? Let the concierge recommend by group size and taste.
Where are the venues? How do I get there?
All six venues cluster in the Trung Sơn area of Ho Chi Minh City (along Đường số 9A, Bình Chánh / Bình Hưng), about 15 minutes by car from District 1. Search the venue name in Grab to navigate straight there.
Is there a minimum spend?
Rooms are billed hourly; any minimum spend depends on the night and room type — the concierge states it clearly when you book, and all billing is itemised.
How is hostess service charged?
For hostess service details and fees, please ask the concierge — available 24/7 on WeChat / Telegram, with transparent on-site quotes.
What payment methods are accepted?
Vietnamese dong cash and common transfer methods are accepted; confirm specifics (cards, QR payment) with the concierge when booking.
